We have a fenced yard and easy path to the beach, where the tide goes out gradually and the beachcombing, crabbing and clamming -- a short walk to the north -- is wonderful! Carrying kayaks to the beach is easy. The mooring buoy holds a 55-ft. cabin cruiser or larger vessels.
