Reservations:
Select your favorite location and one or more alternate choices,
then call us at 888.758.7064 or e-mail us at: info@lummi-holidays.com
to confirm availability of your dates. After reserving your vacation
rental home, we will either mail or email you a link to your guest
agreement. We will hold your dates for 24 hours of our email/mail.
You need to examine, sign and return the guest agreement, then
send us a payment equal to one-half of the total rental amount
to confirm your reservation. We accept payments by mail or over
the phone, by credit card. The remaining balance,
Security deposit: All rentals are subject to the following security deposit regardless of the length of stay: $500 for rentals under $2000 per week, $750 for rentals under $3,000 per week and $1,000 for rentals over $3,000 per week.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, we will fully refund any money received, less 15% administrative fee, if we are able to re-book your canceled reservation dates. We will not refund money for unused days or early departures. Security deposits are fully refundable within 14 days of departure. Payments: We accept payments by cash, check, money order,
or credit card. We apply a cleaning fee of $75 and $100 for cottages,
$125 for medium-sized homes and $175 for large homes. We add sales
tax of 8.4% to all rentals of less than 30 days, and lodging tax
of 2% to rentals in homes situated on the mainland.
