How to Book
Please

following information before contacting us with your rental choice(s):

Reservations:
Select your favorite location and one or more alternate choices,
then call us at 888.758.7064 or e-mail us at: info@lummi-holidays.com
to confirm availability of your dates. After reserving your vacation
rental home, we will either mail or email you a link to your guest
agreement. We will hold your dates for 24 hours of our email/mail.
You need to examine, sign and return the guest agreement, then
send us a payment equal to one-half of the total rental amount
to confirm your reservation. We accept payments by mail or over
the phone, by credit card. The remaining balance,
including sales tax and security deposit, is due 30 days prior
to your arrival. If you reserve a vacation rental home within
30 days or less of arriving, we require payment in full.
Occupancy: Rates for large homes are based upon maximum occupancy. Rates for smaller homes are based upon an occupancy
of 4 guests. Additional occupants are charged at a rate
of $15 per person, per night, to a maximum number of occupants
allowed in the specific home. Pets authorized to stay in pet friendly
homes, are charged at the rate of additional occupants.

stay is 3 nights. |
Payments: We accept payments by cash, check, money order,
or credit card. We apply a cleaning fee of $75 and $100 for cottages,
$125 for medium-sized homes and $175 for large homes. We add sales
tax of 8.4% to all rentals of less than 30 days, and lodging tax
of 2% to rentals in homes situated on the mainland.
Security
deposit: All rentals are subject to the following security
deposit regardless of the length of stay: $500 for rentals under
$2000 per week, $750 for rentals under $3,000 per week and $1,000
for rentals over $3,000 per week.
Cancellations:
In the event of a cancellation, we will fully refund any money
received, less 15% administrative fee, if we are able to re-book your canceled reservation
dates. We will not refund money for unused days or early departures.
Security deposits are fully refundable within 14 days of departure.

Smoking:
We offer non-smoking properties only.
Pets:
We have a no-pet policy on our properties, unless otherwise stated.
An approved pet may stay at a rate of $15 per night, along with
an additional security deposit of $250.
Firewood:
We do not provide firewood, unless indicated. You may purchase
wood locally or bring your own.
